Smile a lot - If smiling is too hard for you, take a pencil and hold it with your teeth. There are enough smiling muscles involved for your brain to think you are smiling and start producing "happy" chemicals.
Sing! - Singing works just like smiling, causing your body to produce "feeling good" chemicals. Sing in the car, sing in the shower, sing when you prepare dinner and sing when you feel frustrated and notice how the negative feelings melt away.
Hang around positive people - Having happy people around you will make it easy to learn happiness. Happy people have fun around them and their ability to overcome challenges is higher than that of unhappy people who tend to lay blame and feel victimised. Choose the people you hang out with to suit your needs.
Laugh - Much like smiling, laughter is a great way to overcome physical and emotional challenges. If it does not happen naturally, try laughter therapy.
Get a move on - Being physically active makes you happy. Find some activity you like to do and notice how it changes your mood: sex (yes, of course!), any kind of sport, dance and yoga. Make a habit of being active in any way you feel like.
Get creative - Creativity is a great way to find happiness. Think of creative things people do for a living or as hobby and notice how much happiness it gives them. Paint, draw, dance, sculpt, do some craft, invent a gadget, cook something new, write poetry or tend the garden. Tap into your creative abilities and find your "happy spot".
Hug - Hugging is a way to give and receive happiness. Physical touch is essential to your development and hugging is a great way to get that physical touch in a positive way. Hug a lot!
When in a conflict situation, remember that being happy and being right do not necessarily go hand in hand. When in doubt, choose happiness over being right.
When feeling down, recite to yourself "This too shall pass" and imagine a brighter future.
Act like a child - Do childish things to feel young and fresh: jump on a trampoline, sit on a swing and skip. Remember, "We do not stop playing because we grow old. We grow old because we stop playing".
Be kind - Do random acts of kindness every day. It can be as simple as saying something nice, offering help, giving up your place in a queue or allowing another driver to enter a busy road.
Be grateful - Practice gratitude: say thank you for everything you have and appreciate in your life. Gratitude is a way to increase happiness and eliminate taking life for granted.
Meditate! - Find a relaxation you feel comfortable with. Meditation relaxes the mind. You can listen to music, use crystals, take a bath, use candles or repeat a mantra. All of these do the same thing to your mind. Take the time off every day to regenerate yourself.
Your Life is beautiful. You are unique. Our world is wonderful because there is just ONE and only one YOU. You are a co-creator of our world! Therefore, even though they may never in this world meet with you, let your thoughts, words and actions motivate and inspire many to be a maven that lives in haven.
Let your sagacity be seen by all and sundry. Call-into-being, a city that is as peaceful as haven and as impressive as the Sagacity of Sage.
In my head, I clearly see you inscribing your name boldly on that beautiful glass of glory with that shinning golden pen of prestige, distinction and eminence!
My heart is full of Love and my mind is full of Faith -- and all, just for you. I see you manifesting God's purpose through your Life on planet earth -- as you live ultimately in that divine phonesis and epignosis that is sophic and esoteric by all rule of thumb.
Congratulations! I wish you Joy. I wish you Peace. And I wish you well. I wish you the wisdom of knowing the importance of empowering people and impacting lives down pat. I have in mind to pat you on the back, ultimately.
For now, I admonish you to live with strength of character and of mind realization, and be part of the performing generation. Go ahead and write your victory song, and get others singing with joy! We all can sing, but not we all can write a victory song.
Remember that the authority, the audacity, the nobility, the probity and the reputability abaft and aft a name, does not just pin a moniker on it. No, it defines and distinguishes that Name for admiration, adulation, devotion, veneration, recognition and decoration.
Now is your time to pin a moniker to your Name. Now is your time to step-up and leave a lasting legacy. Now is your time to stand up, not just to be counted, but to make yourself count. You cannot afford to be a wasted generation. No, God forbid!
Finally, make your Life simple. Have no fears, whether of tomorrow or of death. But strive to know the truth about Life, and get to appreciate that death is just another phase of Life!
For me, I know my Life (and your Life) is a dream. And I look forward to waking-up one day, on the other side of the great divide, the great beyond, and looking back to say, "Wha-o! What a beautiful dream!"
1. Step by step, slowly & steadily life is built. Judge your life. Where is it? Start the journey of your life from the pace where you are now.
2. Our aim is to be mingled with God, the ocean of power & purity. Again & again we take birth here to achieve that aim.
3. Why so desire??? Why are you not starting journey for the progress of your life towards the God? God is the highest peace, purity, & strength. When a man approaches towards the God, he becomes more powerful like God.
4. But really what do we do? Instead of the progress of our journey, we returned to the same hell & bodily worldly life, which bring for us the sorrows & sufferings. More you indulge in this worldly attachment, more sorrows you will buy.
5. We attach ourselves with many negative ideas & dangerous desires, which take us back instead of progress in our life.
6. You are not the body that you see, not the emotion that you feel, but you are the eternal soul who spreads the eternal peace & joy to all & every corner of the universe. Whenever you realize your true swarupa (self) & the goal, then it is sure that you will start a life of broadness & joy.
7. Self Realization is the first goal of human being. The first step for it is to keep the strong aspiration within to achieve it. That aspiration for your goal will supply strength to prepare objectives to progress towards your goal.
8. The journey of life does not mean the journey of any part of your personality. But it should be of your whole personality (whole being). In physical, mental, emotional, psychic & spiritual level, the same aspiration should be focused.
9. The journey of self Realization or self-discovery is the highest journey of life. After fulfilling this goal, don’t stop. But you have to go a long mile to spread this realization in every corner of the universe.
10. You are not the selfish saint that you will hide this knowledge only for your self-development but you are the servant of the God. Your duty is to serve the mankind. First, you be the gold & then make the whole universe a golden one.
11. Your every touch, speech, fragrance must have the power to spread the golden concept of joy & peace, light & life after all beauty & broadness.
12. Recognize yourself .Who am I?? I am not a small body with squeezed personality but I am the part of the God who can change the whole world from the darkness to light, death to immortality & falsehood to truth ness.
13. You have that strength & power to make this planet a different one. You share about your spirit & courage to turn this earth into a golden one. Feel yourself the great one, the part of the God, a pure form or personification due to the touch of God. Start a new life.
14. Start the journey of your life now. Don’t look back. Give a full stop to your past life. Time is there to progress. Don’t waste your time & energy. Come forward. Sing the song of strength, purity & happiness. Go ahead. Your success is a must.
15. You have the birthright to win for the sake of humanity, earth & God. All success is hidden within your soul. Keep great faith upon yourself & proceed. Start your first step & see that other steps are adding with your step.

Life Is Beautiful is a 1997 Italian language film which tells the story of a Jewish Italian, Guido Orefice (played by Roberto Benigni, who also directed and co-wrote the film), who must employ his fertile imagination to help his family during their internment in a Nazi concentration camp.
At the 71st Academy Awards, Benigni won the Academy Award for Best Actor and the film won both the Academy Award for Best Original Dramatic Score and the Academy Award for Best Foreign Language Film.
The first half of the movie is a whimsical, romantic comedy and often slapstick. Guido Orefice (Roberto Benigni), a young Italian Jew, arrives in Arezzo where he plans to set up a bookstore, taking a job in the interim as a waiter. He lives with his uncle Eliseo. Guido is both funny and charismatic, especially when he romances a local school teacher Dora (portrayed by Benigni's actual wife Nicoletta Braschi). Dora, however comes from a wealthy, aristocratic Italian (non-Jewish) family. Dora's mother wants her to marry a well-to-do civil servant, but Dora falls instead for Guido. Guido ends up stealing her away at her engagement, from her aristocratic but arrogant fiancé. Several years pass in which Guido and Dora marry and have a son, Giosue' (Italian equivalent of Joshua) (Giorgio Cantarini). Dora and her mother are estranged due to the unequal marriage until a reconciliation takes place just prior to Giosue's fourth birthday.
In the second half, Guido, Uncle Eliseo and Giosue' are taken to a concentration camp on Giosue's birthday. Dora demands to join her family and is permitted to do so. When Dora boards the train she is the only one wearing red, as everyone else is wearing dark coloured clothes. Guido hides Giosue' from the Nazi guards and sneaks him food. Uncle Eliseo is gassed, though the others do not know. In an attempt to keep up Giosue's spirits, Guido convinces him that the camp is just a game, in which the first person to get 1,000 points wins a tank. He tells him that if he cries, complains that he wants his mother or complains that he is hungry, he will lose points, while quiet boys who hide from the camp guards earn 1,000 points. To further prove that the camp is a game he pretends to translate the guard's instructions.
Guido convinces Giosue' that the camp guards are mean because they want the tank for themselves and that all the other children are hiding in order to win the game. He puts off every attempt of Giosue' ending the game and returning home by convincing him that they are in the lead for the tank. Despite being surrounded by rampant death and people and all their sicknesses, he does not question this fiction because of his father's convincing performance and his own innocence.
Guido maintains this story right until the end, when—in the chaos caused by the American advance—he tells his son to stay in a sweatbox until everybody has left, this being the final test before the tank is his. After trying to find Dora, Guido is caught, taken away and shot by a Nazi guard, but not before making his son laugh one last time by imitating the Nazi guard as if the two of them are marching around the camp together. Giosue' manages to survive and thinks he has won the game when an American tank arrives to liberate the camp. He is reunited with his mother, not knowing that his father has died. Years later, he realizes the sacrifice his father made for him and also, that it was for that sacrifice that he is still alive today. In the film, Giosue' is around four and a half years old, however both the beginning and ending of the film are narrated by an older Giosue' recalling his father's story and sacrifice.
